1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
You may request a refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The product received is significantly different from the description or order.
- The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- We have a 7 day return policy , which means you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the order .
Note: Products that are used, customized, or altered are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the refund.
- Our customer support team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Bank transfers or UPI payments will be credited to the account provided by the customer.
- Refunds do not include any delivery charges unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Returns
For products eligible for a refund, customers may be required to return the product in its original packaging. Return shipping may be covered by IK Traders if the issue is due to damage or error on our part.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Customized products or bulk orders made specifically for the customer
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
